The 18th April 2008 was just a normal Friday. The DS forum seemed to be quite quiet; I knew something had to be up.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Gary appeared. He told us he had been speaking to Sean, and had some news. The forum went dead as we waited (rather impatiently!) for this news.
At 20:59, Gary posted. I saw some bold words with lots of stars around them. My mouth dropped open, and I had to read and re-read to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.

IT WAS OFFICIAL. SAME DIFFERENCE HAD AN ALBUM DEAL!!!! SEAN AND SARAH HAD DONE IT!!!!
My eyes filled with tears of joy, excitement and pride. To quote a certain SaDo, we had been waiting for this to happen, as we wanted to be proved as “visionaries”! Ever since there had been news of a single, I had waited and waited for news of an album. I was so pleased for Sarah and Sean; I could only imagine what they were feeling.
Everyone on the SDAT bounced and screamed and bubbled over like balloons for the rest of the evening, especially when Gary confirmed a summer release, meaning there’s not THAT long to go!
With GCSEs starting in May, the album will give lots of the SaDos something to look forward to. All I can say is:
ROLL ON THE SUMMER!!!
