Hey All!!
We have had a mad week this week doing our regional radio tour! It means we have been travelling all over the country to all the radio stations promoting our brand new album and single!
On Tuesday we headed to Scotland and although it was a little cold we had a great day! The interviews went really well but there was one where I (Sarah) got really embarrassed because the interviewer asked me on a date in the middle of the interview! I didn't know what to say and got all shy... I am not used to that sort of attention! Hehe!
Then on Tuesday we headed down country to the north! It was so weird hearing our songs go out live on the radio but it made us really happy!
We have been playing games at some stations... one of our favorites was naming as many types of fish as we could in 1 min! We were useless at it so we decided to make up our own types... including blue fish, pink fish, happy fish, special fish, friendly fish and funky fish! We ended up winning the contest! Woohoo!
We went to the xmas lights switch on in Manchester last night and it was crazy! We were really nervous because it was the first time that we had performed our new single and songs from the album! The songs went down really well though and it was a major relief! We also got to catch up with our good friends George Sampson and Strike and also met Fizz and Chesney from Corrie! They were so sweet to us!
Then today we have performed in a school in Nottingham in conjunction with the Save Water Save Money campaign! The kids were brilliant and were clapping and singing along! They were also the first people to learn the WE ARE ONE dance! It was so surreal seeing them doing our dance moves!
Yay!
Anyway we have to go now as we are still on the road and have more interviews to do!
